we have to take various examinations every year. We assumed that our sql exam expires at the end of February and have a test date in early January. But we were wrong, the test has expired yesterday and now we have a very very big problem. We definitely need someone with this test, who can assign our company as part of a cooperation agreement this year for a few days. Otherwise, the big problem with our partner persits, which will cause immense damage to our customers.
We are currently negotiating for a grace period, but do not know whether we can achieve something.
We have no chance to take the exam in the last days of the year, because all centers here are closed in the next week.

So you want someone who doesn't work for you to say they do work for you for the purposes of the MS partner program. Hmm...
btw, the 70-432 exam doesn't get retired until June or July next year iirc. Currently none of the exams or certs, once written, expire. Once you've written them they are valid. This will be changing from the SQL 2012 exams onwards

That's not quite true. Our exam 2005 does not expire, thats right. However, the 2008 is needed now, which we had anticipated only in the spring.Therefore one of many necessary exams is missing (for 2-3 weeks!), yes. Unfortunately, we have failed to review regularly all links on the xy site. We are regularly informed by mail on expiring contracts from our customers. If for our current (!) Contract a requirement changes and so a barrier threatens, informed xy not. And there is no chance to do this exam in the next week in our region, all center are closed until january.
If it were up to us, we could wait with further sales for exam in the second week in January. But, There are customers who need extensions to the turn of the year, if XY would allow a release,without partner margin or with penalty until the date, we have the exam: we would do that. It is not our, but at least a big problems with the customers. The victims are the customers for the xy no solution offered. 🙁

I would not trust anyone who would volunteer to lie about working for your company. They probably don't have the certifications you need and would be doing it to take advantage of you.
That being said, I recommend contacting a local contracting company and hiring someone for the required 2-3 weeks on a temporary contract. Even if you keep them on the bench, you legitimately have someone working for the company with the needed exam credentials.
