  • If you are looking to export records or reports to Word, the simplest way is to use the Export function to RTF. There are several limitations in doing that however. For more sophisticated requirements you probably want to use Automation. It's a relatively complex subject requiring that you understand both the Access object model and the Word object model, in addition to being reasonably proficient in VBA.
