The features overview for SQL 2012 would indicate we could live with the standard edition, at least we will have to anyway. We may get customers to upgrade from 2005 to 2012 or from 2008R2 to 2012, but the added licensing costs of the Enterprise version would be a big showstopper..

The same huge overview for 2008R2 seems to be stripped from the site though (currently piloting on 2008R2)
