    Cheers I Have used the with restore, and changed from

    SET SINGLE_USER WITH

    ROLLBACK IMMEDIATE

    TO

    ALTER DATABASE Test_DB SET OFFLINE WITH ROLLBACK IMMEDIATE

    Do you think this will suffice?
