Then again, for data alert services, you need sharepoint. All those new features with sharepoint are for the Enterprise version. Customers must adquire Sharepoint so that might benefit from sql server 2012's new features.

I really was expecting more from SSRS 2012. Hope microsoft's SSRS team catch up a little with all new BI trends.
