I don't think you can. You're going to need to do it using a DML statement in a query editor window.

If you provide the DDL of the table(s), sample data, the criteria of what you are looking up to change and the desired result someone in the forums may be able to assist in generating the T-SQL syntax you need to fulfill your request.
