• Ask them what they really need the most. Judging from the required skills list, they're probably most interested in VLDB administration and DR, and some of the rest of it could be learned on-the-job, if it's even needed. VLDB admin is a rare enough skillset that it's probably the key to the whole thing.

    As Grant mentioned, if they really do need one of the (estimated) three people on the planet who actually have all of the skills they are looking for, they better be willing to pay (and perk and benefit) in a big way for all of that. Anyone with all of those skills can pretty much demand whatever they want from an employer, because if you won't pay it, someone else will.

    Other than the VLDB requirements, it looks like the usual shopping list. I'm surprised it doesn't seem to mention a degree being required.
