DBCC CHECKDB (<Database Name>) WITH NO_INFOMSGS, ALL_ERRORMSGS
CheckDB never guarantees to repair all errors. It's primarily (though certainly not only) for times when you don't have a backup and have no choice but to repair and discard data in the process.
