Does Microsoft have a page where you could look up a name and confirm their certifications? Last time I was job hunting, I listed an old certification in my resume but since I no longer have the paperwork I realized I couldn't prove it. I would think that having a name lookup page would increase the value of certifications by discouraging people from claiming certifications they did not earn.
