just choose any proper resume format and try to highlight your roles and responsibilities you have played as a database administrator and also show some of your most proficient skills in oracle. Like you can mention you have knowledge of database schema, you know how to import data from source system and put them in to datawarehouse , knowledge of data mining. etc. go through proper guidelines.
