You might have to change the environment variables.

Right click Computer / Properties / Advanced system settings / Environment variables

In the “path” system variable make sure:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn

Comes before:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS\Binn

This has worked for me in the past.
