The pound is only $1.57 conversion rate. That means the upper end is only $63,000 per year?

Is that correct? Are BI developers really paid that low in the UK?

Our NHS has received massive IT funding over the last few years. Most newsworthy is the failed Labour intregation project which wasted 12 billion (that's thousand million) pounds of taxpayer's money. A large project like this didn't go unnoticed - jobs were posted everywhere. The rates advertised for programmers were however mostly woefully inadequate. So where did all the money go? Infrastructure? Some details but no answers here.

    Edit - typo.
