• WOW! I don't know what to say, folks! I still can't believe this actually happened (the award... not the dust bunny party)! I even got a reply from Sushila, Remi's and my long lost and dear friend! (Hi, Sushila!).

Thank all of you for the wonderfully kind words and the incredible work all of you do. This is an incredible honor for me because, whether you're a contributor or someone with questions, you good folks are the ones that made it happen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity to both teach and learn!

I wish I could meet every one of you in person. I, apparently, have a party to go to on Tuesday night at PASS. If you make it to PASS and the SQLServerCentral party, please look me up so I can shake your hand and thank you. If you're going to PASS and can't make the party, I'm going to try and sign up to be available for "Ask the Expert" and the "Birds of a Feather" luncheon. Please stop by then. It'll be my honor to meet you.

I'll also be going to the "Networking" party that Andy and Steve have put together for Monday night. Not much is better than doing some 12 ounce curls with old friends and new!

Thanks an awful lot, again, folks. There is no way any of this would have been possible without you. And, no… no big head. I know where my roots are and you folks are it.

RBAR is pronounced "ree-bar" and is a "Modenism" for Row-By-Agonizing-Row.
First step towards the paradigm shift of writing Set Based code:
________Stop thinking about what you want to do to a ROW... think, instead, of what you want to do to a COLUMN.

Change is inevitable... Change for the better is not.
