Merge Replication synchronization error

    Hi,

    A merge replication is always having problem with synchronization

    Error:

    The replication agent has not logged a progress message in 10 minutes. This might indicate an unresponsive agent or high system activity. Verify that records are being replicated to the destination and that connections to the Subscriber, Publisher, and Distributor are still active.

    Where as Snapshot agent completed, servers are in sync. other replications are working fine.

    Also the job is running continuously. and in job history it is saying that 'Starting agent' where as it should be' 'Waiting 60 second(s) before polling for further changes.''.
