which user you are using SQL or Windows to access the SQL Server ?

If you are using the SQL Login then this will appear everytime when you try to connect the server because your server is in Windows Authtication Mode

change this mode first to SQL and Windows Authication Mode then connect with SQL User,you have required an admin account of windows to do this
