He's very technically proficientConsidering that he recently recommended FK's on First and LastName columns and he still uses a While Loop/Push Stack to convert from an Adjacency List to a Nested Set, I'll have to disagree with that notion. 😉
Okay. I'll clarify. He displays significant but inconsistent technical proficiency, oddly combined with periods of acute technical WTFness of magnitude.
