There is no option to modify the colors of the Analytical report, what you get is what you are stuck with. With PPS 2010 you can change the back ground and have a little more control of the reports (particularly with the data), but you can't change the color of the data elements. If you need that control you will need to explore other tools that provide this flexibility if you need this such as Excel or SSRS. These items can all be integrated into the dashboard as well, but they will not have the same level of interactivity.
