• How does one define greatness?

    I think one never knows they are in the midst of greatness. It takes reflection and historical perspective to determine that something or someone was great.

    How does a manager determine the greatness of their staff?

    I say never trust people or systems. People are flawed and will always create flawed systems. That's why rework occurs.

    Or, maybe I'm thinking of perfection? Are greatness and perfection the same?
