Hugo: I am considering every option for course deliveries.

Contact me if I can help you sir.

Sir? I'm not called a sir very often!

Thanks for offering those opportunities, but I have to decline at the moment.

Frankly, I have no need to learn SSIS at the moment. My life is filled already with trying to acheive a high level of mastery in plain T-SQL code, DB design, and a base level of DBA mastery. I don't have the time to learn another aspect of the product. And since I have no need for it in my business life, I have to pass on really getting into it.

That is exactly why I am very glad with your SSIS questions here. They at least force me to put in a quarter of an hour every now and then to research some aspect, so that I gradually do get at least a basic feel for the product. If I ever come in a situation where I have to learn, I'm sure that I'll find I already have some basic understanding, and your questions contribute to that.

I'm looking forward to your next questions!
