object with managedDTS

    hi, I try to create this object, but I Had error :

    $obj= new-object Microsoft.SQLServer.ManagedDTS "$ServerName"

    error - "can't find type [ Microsoft.SQLServer.ManagedDTS ] : make sure the assembly containing this type is loaded "
