  Hi,

  When i am installing the sql server 2005, it is showing the like "an unhandled win32 exception occurred in sqlservr.exe[2312]"

  i have tried on the Win -XP & Win Server 2003,same error is rising.

  pls do the needful as i am tring to install since from 1 month
