what is monitoring script in sqlserver 2005 how to implement it?

You need to provide a little more information for what you're looking for. Monitoring what? There are lots of things you could monitor on the server, performance, access, data, and those are off the top of my head. The reason you need to specify is because you'll do different things depending on what it is you're looking for.

Monitoring for what? To ensure up time? To observe performance? To see who is going to access your system? I'm sorry, but each of these will have different requirements and I still don't understand specifically what you're looking for.

If you don't know what monitoring is, then we likely won't be able to provide much help until you start to spend some time learning. There is no "monitoring script" that I'm aware of for SQL Server, or really for any system. Even the third party products you buy monitor all sorts of different readings on a server to determine if something is working or not.
I would suggest you take a step back and think about what it is you are missing, or what you'd like to do Or ask the person that assigned this to you what they would like monitored.

I recommend taking a look at RedGate's SQL Response product (link is at top right of this site).
Without more specifics on what to monitor and why, I can't recommend a specific script. But SQL Response will monitor just about everything you would want, so definitely take a look at it.
