Snapshot Replication - Transactions after snapshot replication starts are replicated to subscribers as part of Snapshot

    We have Transaction replication from Server A - B. From Server A we sent flag to Server B to start Snapshot Replication to another Database on Server B.

    Server B starts the Snapshot but the problem is transactions sent immediately after Snapshot Replication flag also are seen on snapshot Database.

    As per our understanding this is against the basic principle of working of Snapshot Replication.

    Please let us know how to resolve/change any settings to address.

    For the time you are starting the Snapshot agent, you can stop the log reader agent and once the snap shot is done you can start it again. I dont know if this will help you.
