I've been scouring forums to find out whether anyone has come up with a solution so that reports can be viewed properly on a BlackBerry. At the moment, when I send reports via subscriptions to our users on their BlackBerry the report gets banged-up, presumable by the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. It seems the only way to embed the report in an email is using the MHTML (web archive) rendering format but this obviously gets messed up.
I've seen that this problem has been around since 2007 but nothing has been done to address it. We have the v.5 device software... but still the same problem. Does anyone know of a solution (besides writing the report in ASP or something)?

Does it need to be in HTML format? Have you tried emailing it as a PDF/EXCEL file and then viewing the report?
