if i trying to connect to a server then i get the error message as "The terminal server has exceeded the maximum number of connections."
so how will i conect.

normally there are only 2 connections to the server. you can ask who is on the server currently to come off it. or you can use a console session. However you would need to be a local server admin to be able to do that.

As I`m a betting man I`ll guess that people have been logging off RDP incorrectly - it always happens.
Console is you friend here as already mentioned. Add a /console to the RDP shortcut - or /admin depending on the version (I think).

if u want use Remote desktop u can use this :
mstsc -v [destination] -console

Only if you are a local server admin, can you use console.
the alternative is to use terminal services manager from another server and change connection to that server and see who has the sessions open and kill the session if need be.
