If any one is having trouble runing the TSQL code.
Copy-Paste it in notepad and remove all the unknown characters. (box characters)
Than Copy it back into the Sql Server Management Studio.
Its what I had to do to get the code to execute. 😀

Ok, I did what you said--got rid of boxes in notepad. Ran it and got this error.
I can't figure out how to fix it. This line and anything around it looks good to me.
Msg 156, Level 15, State 1, Procedure IntegerToBinary, Line 53
Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'DECLARE'.
