  Hi ssis gurus,

  i have a file in a directory and i need to get the filename in a variable

  and then i want to change the file name in the directory

  for ex: in a directory my flat file name is 'file.txt'

  i should get me the filename in the ssis package variable and then i need to

  change the file name 'user.txt' after processing file

  how to get using script task this work

  Suggestions and Help would be highly appreciated.

  I'd suggest looking at the File System Task in SSIS to accomplish this task.
