We are planning to buy some tools for the following requirements:
1. Backup files compression: Which one is good Redgate/Idera?
2. To retrieve trasactions from the tran log backups: Which one is good Redgate/Idera?
3. I want to track the changes done to any of the database objects like dropping tables, stored procs etc: Not sure if there are any tools for this purpose.

I work for Idera as an Account Manager and we can provide you with all the information you would require to make sure you make the correct choice.
We work with Microsoft and we have an office inside Microsoft. We know our competition can't say something like that.
