Execution plan

  • My query is running slow, i have included index,defragmentation and tuning. but still performance not improved. i wish to know about the execution plan deep concept, any document which display all concept of execution plan. what to be and how to be.

    physical operation , logical operation ,estimated row sixe , i/o cost,cpu cost ,number of executes,cost,subtree cost,extimated row count
