  Perhaps you should have spent more time perusing the manuals with Oracle.

  Dynanic SQL comes in 2 flavors.

  EXECUTE IMMEDIATE has been available since 8i.

  eg.

  begin

  execute immediate 'create table x(x number)';

  end;
