We are trying to connect SQL 2008R2 database (Collate page is Chinese_RPC_xxx) from WindowsCE device but encounter problem. The device SQLClient is compact version 3.5. The problem is, we are able to connect and update another database which its collation is "Latin_General_CI_xx".
We wonder whether is it due to the database collation setup? Is there other way to work around without changing the collation?
