  PiTechSolutions is looking for a MS SQL Server Solutions Architect for its client inRTP, NC. This role is as much a consultative SME role as it is a technicaldelivery role. 

  In summary, theSolutions Architect will deliver high level subjectmatter expertise for the MS Data Platform, and develop and deliver optimal data integration, businessintelligence and analytical solutions based on the MS Data Platform.

  Itrequires someone with solid SQL Server Data Platform experience and provenexpertise working with SSIS, SSRS,SSAS, Azure and PowerPivot, as well as high level knowledge of DataWarehousing/Data Architecture (dataarchitecting, data mining, large-scale data modeling, and business requirementsgathering/analysis) A MCSE is highly preferred.

  WILL DO…

  • Provide best practices guidance for Data Integration and Business Intelligence 
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop solution designs to implement end-to-end solutions
  • Perform review and identify inefficiencies/gaps in architecture and processes

  • Identify data discrepancies and data quality issues, and work to ensure data consistency and integrity.

  • Develop complex ETL jobs to populate data constructs.
  • Lead design of databases and data warehouses to ensure interoperability with BI solutions
  • Develop BI and Analytics solution patterns to satisfy customer needs
  • Participate in briefings with the sales team as part of solution selling
