How to disable TLS 1.0 and enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 on Windows 2008 R2

  Dear Gurus

  I have one App and one DB server and need to
  Disable = TLS 1.0
  Enable = TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 
  on them.

  App = windows 2008 r2
  Db = windows 2008 r2 --- SQL 2008 R2

  Please suggest,
