Is it possible with minimal time resources to delete contents of a particular Excel spreadsheet ( which is 1 of the spreadsheets in the XL Destination file used in Data Flow) as a separate SSIS task but preserve the first row?
Would Scripting task be most suitable for such purpose or an easier solution can be concocted? Dropping and recreating file is what I have done in the past, but this time the file and all other spreadsheets in it need to be preserved, and only one (first) spreadsheet in the workbook deleted/written to.
Leaving header (first row in spreadsheet) is highly preferred.
