Error when Copy data from Sybase ASA to Azure Sql DB using SSIS

  Hi
  I need to copy data from Sybase to Azure Sql DB.
  I'm using an SSIS Package (Microsoft VS 2015 Shell (Integrated) Version 4.7.03062) and i'm using  an odbc win 32 to connect to Sybase database on a remote server.  Remote server is an AWS server and i have to use Stunnel 5.48 Win32  to connect to it.
  
  When i run package in design mode all works fine, and when i run packe from system file:
  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\140\DTS\Binn\dtexec.exe" /FILE "\"C:\ENTERADO\CLIENTES\MrBodeguitas\ETL_MrBodeguitas\ETL_Diamante\ETL_Diamante\Diamante.dtsx all works fine too.

  But when i publish package to SSISDB on Azure DB and run it from here, it giving me the following error: Data Flow Task:Error: ODBC Source failed validation and returned error code 0xC020801C. (see Report.xlsx attach).
  

  What i reallly i don't know is how Strunnel works on Azure.
  I will appreciated any help.
