LogShipping not deleting .trn files in Secondary server

    Hi ,
    LogShipping not deleting .trn files in secondary server even agent and folder service account has full permissions.
    retention period set to 3days but 3days old trn files are not purged.
    Please let me know if anybody face this issue.

    have you checked the job step history for any details

    What did you find the error? If yes, could you please share the error message and what did you do to fix the problem?
