  Hello everyone
  I have recently installed a ssas server in tabular mode
  I created my user sql and I put it as sysadmin Role
  Since Sql server Management studio (ssms) no worries 
  I got connected to my instance
  but since Visual Studio 2015 or 2017 Datatools, we are unable to publish or connect to the Tabular instance ssas
  herewith the error message
