    This is actually open in one of my browser tabs.Working on a piece here. There are a few things to look at here. Certainly testing and project issues are here. There are also potential data issues,since the system appears  to be reporting incorrect information to people. I also worry about the way in which this is reported. Calling this a system, a database, a set of systems, is confusing, and while I know the public doesn't care, this is the type of thing that ought to have more disclosure to help ensure that other companies understand the problems that arise from complex migrations of systems.

  • If I can figure out a good way to frame it. Lots of information to research on this one.

  • One point to make is - never celebrate a rollout prematurely. The pictures of the champagne swilling, back slapping techies might well grate on the unfortunate customers. Give it a few days before the party folks!
