Displaying Group information only at the first page in each group

  • I want to print some thing extra only at the first page in each group. Something like below. What's the trick? I've been trying to pass the previous customer to the next page. It's been not successful.

  • How, exactly, were you planning to detect that the current page is the first one in a group?   I realize I am; for all practical purposes; repeating your question back to you, but once you stop and think about it, the solution may come to you.  You need some kind of "page counter" within a group, so either an expression somewhere in the report has to be capable of that, or something in your query has to do it.

  • I've never needed to do anything like this, but I would think you could tie the image to the group footer.  I may be way off, it has been a while since I've played with the groupings.
