Hello,
We have a bunch of reports that have the box checked off in the subscription to send the report as an excel file. However when we receive the email there is no attachment or even link even though both items are checked. The same thing happens when we use PDF, I have not tried all the others but customer wants excel. If I change the render format to MHTML (Web Archive) the link does appear in the email and so does the report. Has anyone experienced this and able to help? Thanks....

One possibility to look into is that it could be a size limitation setting for attachments on your email server. Check with whoever administers Exchange or whatever you are using and ask about size limitations for attachments and if they can check the SMTP log for errors.
