Hi,
We have SQL Server 2012, on production database only 1 CPU used out of 4 CPU, PFA document for more details.
Please advise urgently how to resolve this issue.

I think you need to check
(1) if you're using express edition. If so, you need standard or enterprise edition.
(2) If set processor affinity mask for all processors

The setup is to automatically use 4 CPUs if required. The report you're looking at has nothing to do with how many CPUs are used. The "1" in that report under the large blue block is just saying that's the first worst query insofar as CPU usage. It may not actually be a problem depending on what the query is doing.
