  • I do not have log shipping configured. Database is in Simple Mode

The log shipping secondary database has restore threshold of 240 minutes and is out of sync. No restore was performed for 1371985 minutes. Restored latency is 0 minutes. Check agent log and logshipping monitor information.

If you are trying to figure out what is/was setup, most of the information would be in msdb.
There are several tables for monitoring log shipping and they start with the names
    log_shipping_monitor_<alerts, history, errors, primary, secondary>
The other log shipping tables pertain to the configuration and they don't have monitor in the name. They start with the names
log_shipping_<primaries, secondaries, etc>. They just don't have monitor in the name.

You could start digging into those tables to figure out what is going on with the log shipping that was setup before.
There should also be some log shipping jobs. The job names by default start with LS_ although these jobs may not exist anymore.
