Is there a way to automatically pull in Email addresses into SSRS instead of manually entering them in for each subscription? IF not, does anyone know of another tool that will allow custom reporting and charting along with the ability to automate email addresses from databases?

Thanks in advance!

I assume you mean that you want the recipient to be dynamic based on something? This is achievable. with SSRS.

Don't quote me on it, but I believe it's a feature of Data Derived Subscriptions, however, that's only available on on Enterprise edition. You can, however, achieve similar results using your own SQL to do the task for you; I use this technique to change the parameters, and save locations dynamically for files.

I don't have dynamic mail recipients, but I doubt it would be very different. There is also an article on it here (not my solution) which might help you: http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/Reporting+Services+(SSRS)/163119/?utm_source=SSC&utm_medium=pubemail

Thom~
Excuse my typos and sometimes awful grammar. My fingers work faster than my brain does :-P

Please always remember to encapsulate your code in IFCode Markup. For example

.
