Can honestly, say, 10 years of looking after 30+ SQL servers, countless server builds, 1000's of hours maintaining, restoring and general DBa duties, not once have i come across DELAYED_DURABILITY - learnt something new! (although i would not touch it with a barge pole 🙂
So yup, got everything now apart from 16 across.

New 16 across was in relation to 4 part naming just for some reason the answer didn't seem right to me.

Oh, and DELAYED DURABILITY isn't all that bad when you think about it. It's fairly new so I'm not surprised you haven't seen it before.
