Hi we would like to upgrade a SSRS 2016 from standard edition to enterprise edition.
We have SSRS service on one server and report databases on another server instance.
I assume to just run the upgrade edition process in the install media.
Any thing needs to pay attention to, or any tricks needed during the upgrade?

Are you planning to upgrade to the server that SSRS is on, or the data engine, or both? If the latter, remember that each server requires separate licences. You seemed to be implying you were doing a single upgrade, so if you want to get the features of Enterprise on SSRS you'll need to do the upgrade on your report server, not your data engine.

The databases of reporting server locates on an enterprise edition of SQL server 2016.
So no need to upgrade the db engine. The SSRS service is a standard edition that is on a separate instance, only this needs to be upgraded.
