Please help me for separate disk drives for different purposes. (Log File, Data Files, TempDB, OS, Index) & recommend RAID for each purpose too

Assuming you have not installed windows server at this present time, one option would be
2 x 400GB SSD in RAID 10 for Windows OS (drive C 100GB and if you want to a separate drive D 100 GB too)
6 x 600GB SAS in RAID 10 for sql server data files
2 x 400GB SSD in RAID 1 for T-log file volume
2 x 400GB SSD for hot spares
2 x 400GB SSD RAID 1 for Tempdb volume
2 x 400GB SSD for Windows page file and other temporary windows files and storage
