Cannot create an instance of OLE DB Provider -Link server

    Hi I am having an issue while creating link server sql server 2014  to Oracle. I already installed oracle clinent and command prompt able to connect to Oracle DB. but  thrgh SQL Server not able to do that.
    I enabled linkserver -> providers -> "allow inprocess" . 
    any idea to resole this.

    I installed new oracle  driver and able to connect.
