I have a tablix with a detail and footer sector, and one grouping. The number of lines in the detail section varies. The footer is quite large, but I am finding that no matter how many lines of detail there are, if the entire output does not fit onto one page when rendered , the last detail line is being pulled onto the second page to keep it with the footer. I've tried turning on and off the 'keep together' properties of both the detail and footer sections but nothing changes. I have to render to pdf, but the result is the same when I view print layout or print.
I colour coded the backgrounds of the sections to see where the 'stretch' was happening and it is just blank 'body' space.
Has anyone had this issue and found a way around it?
