I'm currently tresspassing on a SQL estate for a short period of time and have just discovered that the dbs within the AOAG setup were never upgraded to 110 Compatibility mode they are still on 100 SQL 2008.
Is this a potential issue. This has been working fine for a long time. Not ideal but what hidden issues could occur due to this if any.
