Where exactly in extended events are you seeing this? Or maybe its somewhere else but...those can apply to so many things that we probably need to know where you are seeing this to offer any explanations or links on where it may be explained.

Without tying back to the execution of a specific object or batch (plan hash), this information are more or less useless. On top of that, those values are in a sense relative to the health and performance of the system, if the system is pressured at specific points such as IO or CPU then look at the high values related to those, within the total collection of the stats. You will then have to factor in the execution frequency as otherwise the comparison is disproportional.
